TOPIC: "Workplace Investigations in 2022: What HR Professionals Need to Know"

Employers understand the need to investigate workplace complaints. Legal obligations arise when the issue concerns discrimination, unlawful harassment, or retaliation, making those complaints top priority. Working in a remote or hybrid world complicates things, but it does not abrogate the duty to promptly, thoroughly, and impartially look into concerns. Issues covered in this program include what an investigation really means, the key steps in conducting a reasonable investigation, interviewing witnesses, gathering evidence, communications with stakeholders, and special considerations in the virtual world.

Our Speakers:  Julie A. Moore, Esquire, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, Elizabeth Rita, Senior Investigator, CEO, ILG Remembers & Alexandra Clauss, Director, Labor & Employment Group
